Latest Answer: We can not ignore it that the real estate market has not moved up since the past several years, and the prices, even after slashing, are still high. You will see that buyers won't fall for it. They know that this is nothing but a trick to attract buyers.

Latest Answer: Yeah!! it seems that the GMADA received 42 application and after screening 27 companies were selected and they were required to submit the fee and only 19 of them did that... so the plots were given out to only 19 of them.

Latest Answer: The primary reason is lack of growth of Industries in Punjab. None of the bigger Companies are willing to come to Punjab with their ventures. The Onus is on the state government to Promote Mohali as a city which can give benfits to the corporates and industries by giving them additional benefits. This would bring overall growth to the region thereby fuelling more Jobs, opportunities. Currently there is no such evident initiative visible. Hence the lack of interest.
