PMAY - PNB Loan
Q: I took home loan in Dec 2020 and bank disbursed all payment on 21 march 21.
They said they have applied for PMAY, But didn't get any message yet.

Am I eligible to enter in PMAY as I took loan before ending period of PMAY 31 March 21? Or I should get message before that.

How to buy property?
Q: Hi,
I have to buy a plot, and willing to know what documents I should check and what questions to ask from owner/builder?
Should I consult with any govt authority?

And what is the right process to pay to land owner? I plan to pay all at once and get land registry done for my name.
Any suggestion would be appreciable.

Latest Answer: Before buying the property you have to gathered the all the legal document to register the property on your name that are - property tax receipt, residential certificate, Power of attorney, NOC and Builiding plan, Bank Statement, GST number etc. I think you have to pay the property amount in installment rather than once. Builder is delaying my registration of plot after providing physical possession letter.
Q: I need an advice, I had brought 1 plot in resale and cleared all due payments 4 months ago. I have all the documents sponsored from first owner of plot and physical possession from builder. I have full and final payment undertaking from the buyer of the plot.The builder is a RERA approved builder who promised me before deal that the plot id ready for possession and I can register my plot immediately after that.From last 4 months I am running behind the builder office and they are continuously delaying the registry of my plot without giving me any valid/legal reason. The builders office is giving me this verbal assurance that they will complete the registry from last 4 months. The delay leads to increase in registration fees by government. They delayed the registry even when the upcoming economic loss was conveyed to them. What steps I can take now? is there any legal way through which I can pressurize the builder and get the registry of my plot done? Please help and give your advice's

Latest Answer: I do not want to get into legal troubles as I have seen that the same builder has multiple complaints registered against him and they usually take 5-6 years.I was in a need of home for which I have invested all my savings. Is there a way I can force my builder to get my plot registered without getting in to court proceedings?
