Before commencing Bussiness on his own Mr.V.C.Gupta was the Executive Director with Kences Foundations private Limited – a property development company and oversaw projects of approximately half a million Sq.ft of Residential, Commercial Complexes right upto Marketing, Administration, Accounts, Finance and actual handing over of premises to Buyers.


Under his own banner GCPL – Mr.V.C.Gupta has so far completed the Residential and Commercial projects in Adambakkam, Madipakkam, Kotivakkam, Nanganallur, Pammal, Vadapalani, West Mambalam, Porur, Anna Nagar and also layouts at Guduvanchery and Mangadu.
