Girishchandra Constructions (P) Ltd. (GCPL) has been promoted by Mr.V.C.Gupta with rich experience of 19 years in private service and 20 years in this field. Before commencing Bussiness on his own Mr.V.C.Gupta was the Executive Director with Kences Foundations private Limited – a property development company and oversaw projects of approximately half a million Sq.ft of Residential, Commercial Complexes right upto Marketing, Administration, Accounts, Finance and actual handing over of premises to Buyers.


Under his own banner GCPL – Mr.V.C.Gupta has so far completed the Residential and Commercial projects in Adambakkam, Madipakkam, Kotivakkam, Nanganallur, Pammal, Vadapalani, West Mambalam, Porur, Anna Nagar and also layouts at Guduvanchery and Mangadu. The hallmark of the group is that it pays attention to even small details such that it can present its customers with hassle free homes thereby building edifices that carry the incredible mark of perfection.
