Foundation & Structure

• R.C.C. framed structure as recommended by the Structural Consultant based on Soil Test Report.

Flooring

• Vitrified tiles for entire apartment except kitchen, work area, toilet and balcony floors. Kitchen, work area, toilet and balcony floors with suitable anti-skid tile.

Doors/Windows

• Veneered and polished flush door for main entrance with architrave. Factory made pre hung doors with laminated/moulded/flush shutters for bedrooms and toilets. Windows & balcony doors made of Aluminium/UPVC section with fixed/sliding/openable glazed panel. Panel type selected according to the cardinal geographical directions and use.

Grill

• MS safety grill for all external windows

. Kitchen

• Kitchen counter with granite top and single bowl stainless steel sink with drain board. Tiles above the counter to a height of minimum 40cm. Work Area with single bowl stainless steel sink and dado up to 40 cm height, for counters abutting a wall.

Toilet

• Ceramic/vitrified tiles up to false ceiling height. White colour sanitary fixtures including EWC & wash basins. Chrome plated plumbing fixtures in all toilets. Geyser connection and exhaust fan point in al toilets.

Painting

• Interior: Emulsion paint finish for interior wals and ceiling over required coats of putty and primer.

Electrical

• Concealed three phase wiring with 151 marked superior quality PVC insulated copper cables. Modular switches. Adequate light and fan points and power plug sockets. Independent energy meter for each apartment.

Generator

• Generator back-up for specified WA to the designated points for each apartment.

Water Supply

• Water supply through underground sump tank and overhead tank of sufficient storage capacity.

Fire

• Fire fighting system as per requirement specified by local Fire Force Authorities.

Air Conditioning

• Wired split AC provision for master bedroom & dummy provision in all other bedrooms.

Others

• Provision for:- i) VDP/Intercom in Living /Dining; ii) Cable TV in Living/Dining and Master Bedroom.
