Q: I need little less costly and with subention plan. Looking for 3 BHK
Q: Which are banks that have approved the project, i am looking for investment in the project.
Q: Hi there, I have booked a flat in Mahagun Mywoods a few days back when NCR plan gave green signal to Noida Authority. But some dark clouds again came on Noida Extension. Now my query is I have taken flexi-plan and done 10% payment to builder. In flexi plan is was written that 5% I need to pay within 30 days of booking. And then 30% within 45 days. I want to know that this 30% would only be demanded by builder when project becomes bankable or not. Please confirm. Thanks in advance. Cheers!!!

Q: In have booked the flat at mahagun. but due to some huge financial loss i am not able to book the flat right now. i asked for my money back but they told me that all the amount will be forfit. Means if the person is not in a position to pay then he has to loss all his given fund. Plz help me and refund me my money as i need it. The broker has submiotted the NOC letter too at your office.But no results.
