4. Structure :
As per design and drawings from structural consultants generally RCC framed
with 230 mm brickwork for exterior walls and 115mm brickwork for partitions, with reinforcement provided at every five layers. Building is RCC framed
structure with bricks plastered wall. Any defect in work or materials that result in the failure of load bearing part of the said apartments structure or materially and adversely affects its load bearing function for a period of 10 yrs from the date of completion of construction of the building ( Only internal alteration allowed without affecting the elevation & structure)
5. Electrical :
All internal circuits in PVC tubes with ISI mark
ISI mark quality wiring will be used for entire building (Finolex /R.R Cables/ any equivalent ISI mark) Switches (Roma/Anchor/equivalent) Television/Telephone points in living and all bedrooms/dining 15 amps switch for AC point in living , dining and all bedrooms. Adequate power points for light fixtures & fans
