Solid block masonry for walls in cement mortar 1:6, using best quality 20cm thick solid blocks for main walls and 15cm thick for internal walls. RCC (M20) for lintels, sunshade, and slabs by using Ambuja/Ramco/equivalent branded cements and reinforcements steel Tata tiscon/Vizag/Jindal (Fe 500)/ equivalent brands. Plastering underside of slab in 6mm thick with cement mortar 1:3, internal and external surfaces of walls with cement mortar 1:4, and 12 mm thick.
WINDOWS & DOORS
Aluminum frames and glazed shutters with MS grills. Decorative Teakwood main door with pin coda frame. Internal doors are moulded flush doors with pincoda frames.
FLOORING
Heavy duty concrete inter lock tiles in car porch, 60cm X 60cm Vitrified tiles using in sit-out, living, dining and bed rooms ( Kajaria/Johnson/Equivalent), Anti-skid vitrified tile for kitchen flooring and platform finished with Granite worktop and toilets flooring and walls are using anti-skid ceramic floor tile & ceramic wall tiles are respectively ( Kajaria/Johnson/Equivalent)
PAINTING & POLISHING
Premium quality interior emulsion over two coat wall putty in internal surfaces, premium quality weather coat exterior paint for exterior surfaces, premium quality satin finish enamel paint using for handrails & MS grills and premium quality enamel paint for joinery’s (-Jotun/Asian/berger/equivalent)
ELECTRICITY
In all room necessary light, fan, and plug points with Finolex cables and Crabtree/Equivalent modular switches.
PLUMBING
In all toilets and kitchen necessary points and fittings with medium quality branded products. (Make Jaguar/Cera/Equivalent Fittings)
SANITARY FITTINGS
