FOUNDATION
Pile foundation with RCC DMC piles, Pile caps and plinth beams with RCC M20 using AMBUJA, RAMCO or equivalentbranded cements. Reinforcements TATA TISCON, VIZAG, JINDAL (Fe 500)or equivalent ISI marked brands.

SUPER STRUCTURE
RCC (M20) framed structure with columns, beams, slabs, lift well, sunshade, and lintels by using AMBUJA, RAMCO or equivalent ISI marked branded cements. Reinforcements TATA TISCON, VIZAG, JINDAL(Fe 500)or equivalent ISI marked brands. Solid block masonry for walls in cement mortar 1:6, using best quality 22cm thick solid blocks for main walls and 12cm thick forinternal walls. Plastering underside of beam and slab in 9mm thick with cement mortar 1:3, internal and external surfaces of walls with cement mortar 1:4, 12mm thick.

WINDOWS & DOORS
Aluminium frames and glazed shutters with MS grills. Decorative TEAK WOOD main door with pincoda frame. Internal doors are moulded flush doors with pincoda frames.

FLOORING
JOHNSON, SOMANY or equivalent vitrified tiles for all rooms.

KITCHEN
Stainless steel sinks with drain board. Granite worktop and wall finished at a height of 60cm from kitchen worktop.

TOILET
JAQUAR, HINDWARE or equivalent chromium plated taps. HINDWARE, CERA or equivalent sanitary fixtures, washbasin in all toilets and dining room. JOHNSON, SOMANY or equivalent anti-skid tiles for floors and wall tiles up to height of 7 feet. Provision forGeyser in master bedroom.

PAINTING & POLISHING
Two coat weather proof paint for external walls. Emulsion paint with PUTTY FINISHING for internal walls. Synthetic enamel paint finish For grills and interior doors. Melamine polishes for main door frame and shutter.

ELECTRICITY & WATER
Three phase electricity connection with independent meter. FINOLEX, V-GUARD or equivalent concealed copper wire with CRABTREE or equivalent modular switches controlled by ELCB and MCB. Water supply through sump and overhead tank. Drinking water from KWA line.

FIRE FIGHTING / FIRE & SAFETY
Firefighting systems as per statutory requirement.

GENERATOR
Diesel Generator with acoustic insulation. Power backup for common lighting, water pump, Elevators. Power backup up to 500 W inside the apartment
