MASTER PLAN
FOUNDATION
Foundation with RR masonry in cement mortar 1:8, and RCC columns at four corners up to basement level using Ambuja, Ramco or equivolent ISI marked branded cements
SUPER STRUCTURE
Solid block masonry for walls in cement mortar 1:6, using best quality 20cm thick solid blocks. RCC (M20) for basement level belt, slabs, sunshade, and lintels by using Ambuja, Ramco or equivolent ISI marked branded cements. Reinforcements are using METCON or equivalent ISI marked brands.
FINISHING WORKS
A) Plastering
Plastering underside of slab in 6mm thick with cement mortar 1:3, internal and external surfaces of walls with cement mortar 1:4, and 12 mm thick.
B) Joinery
Main door frame and shutter using Pincoda or equivalent wood with frame size 4”x2” and thickness of door shutter 350mm. Internal door frame using Pincoda or equivalent wood 2”x1.5” size and molded flush doors. Front windows and Living room Windows using aluminum frames and other windows and ventilators using wood frame pincoda or Thumbakam and glazed shutters with MS grills.
FLOORING
Floor finishing with vitrified tiles (Asian 0r Regent), 2?x2? size. Toilet floor and wall (2.10m ht) with ceramic tiles (Somany or Bell).
KITCHEN
Kitchen platform finished with Granite worktop, Stainless steel sink with drain board, provision for storage cabin.
PAINTING & POLISHING
Internal wall surface finishing with two coat primer and two coat interior emulsion. Exterior walls with two coat primer and two coat whether proof paint. Grills, doors finishing with one coat primer and two coat synthetic enamel paint.
ELECTRICITY & WATER
In all room necessary light, fan, and plug points with Finolex cables and Legrand or equivalent modular switches.
PLUMBING
In all toilets and kitchen necessary points and fittings with medium quality branded products (Using Jaguar or Equivalent Fittings)
