Q: Hi, what are the units available in this project and what is the price they have quoted.
Q: Panchsheel cencilled my flat bcuz, of non payment in only 1 month.They can charge intrest for that.After all,I paid my 40% on time.How they can cencill.Fact is- Panchsheel group want to increase their price,thats why they are doing like this
Q: I have a flat in Panchsheel Hynish in Noida extention. I booked 2BHK in sept-2010 in flexi plan. And till 24/03/2011, my 40% payments already sent to the builder.Now I got information that,The builder is cencilling my flat without any info,I didnot rcved any latter from panchsheel.
I will go to court,I am not going to accept cencillation.
