• White Glazed vitreous from Parryware Sanitary ware EWC/IWC Wash Basin. C.P. fittings and other suitable fixtures form Jaquar.

Water Supply

• One Sump and Overhead Tank and a tap in the kitchen for Metro water. Ground Water (bore well) to bath, toilet and kitchen through overhead tank.

Electrical

• Three phase electric supply connection with change over facility and concealed copper wiring from Anchor/Havels. All swithches from Seimens/ ABB points for telephone, T.V., Fridge, Geyser, Washing Machine and Grinder, Fan and Light points in rooms. Miniature Circuit Breaker & ELCB (Earth Leak Circuit Breaker)
