From its humble beginnings in 2007, the Teraiya Group has come a long way today...
The setup was established by Mr. Dhirajlal Laxmanbhai Teraiya in the name of Mehta Infrastructure.

The series of success stories began with their first project – Green Park, in 2008. Then came Green City, followed by Sai Sharan. All of which were successfully completed by 2011. The acceptance and appreciation of their initial residential and commercial projects, gave the Group the courage and confidence to undertake the development of more such schemes...

Today, the group comprises 5 group companies, and is headed by Mr. Pankaj Mulshankar Teraiya and Mr. Akshay Dhirajlal Teraiya. Under their leadership, the Group has initiated several prestigious projects like Adhisthan, a luxurious residential appartments scheme.

Since the Group is manned by people who possess a relevant educational background of Civil Engineering, its forte has always been in the fields of construction and land development.
