Q: I fully agree with Mr.Suresh Kumar with respect to response. have booked without car parking but i have received a statement of account with price for car parking.With respect to committment for handing over below is the flow given to me.
On the day of booking : It was June 2011
Secondly during bhoomi pooja for School SEptember 2011
Subsequently it was Dec 2011 and when approached during Dec 2011 they said it will be March 2012. Even when we approached during March 2011 they bluntly replied saying that pls refer the agreement it is 24 months from the date of booking which falls on May 2012. Now we are in June 2012. If that is case why such a long& false committements. y.
Finally i would like to know when T-29 in phase 1 will be handed over and ensure that there is a deduction in final payment for all these inarbitant delay.

Q: i booked 2bhk flat with Unitech, till booking a flat the mediator (RS Enterprises) was behind me, but after booking a flat am behind RS. Also from Unitech there is no updates about the progess of the flat. It makes highly disappointment on the esteemed builder.
