MASTER PLAN
Brick Work: External Walls: 8 inch thick brickwork with cement mortar in proportion (1:6) by using 1st class bricks.

Number of points will be decided later. Calling bell point at the main door of the flat will be provided.
Telephone And Intercom: Telephone points will be provided in the living room.
Connection of intercom will be provided to each individual flat of the building.
Painting And Finishing: Outside face of external walls will be finished with good quality cement paint.
Internal face of the walls will be finished with good quality white wash.
