STRUCTURE:

Roof

• Reinforced Cement Concrete roof and high-quality cool roof tiles for terrace

Walls

•  Good quality AAC Blocks
• Wall tiles
• glazed tiles to a height of 2’0” (Two feet over the counter). and Toilet glazed tiles to a height of 7’0” (Seven feet)

Wall finishing

•  Neatly plastered with wall Putty work and two coat of Emulsion painting. Ceiling with three coat of white wash.

Flooring

• Vitrified tiles (Size 2’ x 2’)

Wardrobe

•  Wardrobe / cupboard in all bed rooms and Kitchen with cuddapah slabs without Shutters.
• Each bedroom and kitchen with one loft at any one side of the room.

Kitchen

•  Stainless steel sink and polished granite top for kitchen platform. Provision for Aqua guard installation.

Doors

• Main door- (3’3” x 7’0”) : Frames with Seasoned solid wood of 5” x 3”in size. Shutters with 35 mm thick Solid core hard wood content, Boiling Water Proof Grade Flush door with Teak veneer both sides including Varnish finish
• Bed Room Doors (3’0” x 7’0”) : Frames with Seasoned solid wood of 4” x 2.5” in size. Shutters with 30 mm thick Solid core hard wood content, Boiling Water Proof Grade Flush door with Enamel paint finish
• Toilet & Balcony Door (2’6” x 7’0”) : Frames with Seasoned solid wood of 4” x 2.5” in size. Shutters with 30 mm thick Solid core hard wood content, Boiling Water Proof Grade Flush door with Enamel paint finish.

WINDOWS

• Bedrooms : UPVC frame openable shutters with plain glass. Including M.S Grill as per Builder design
• Kitchen : UPVC frame sliding shutters with plain glass. Including M.S Grill as per Builder design
• Locks : Main doors to have a Godrej lock with safety chain and magic eye. All other bedroom doors to have mortice lock

Sanitary fittings

• 1. E.W.C at both toilet with high level flush tank
• 2. Washbasin – 1No. of size 16” x 22” at Common toilet or at dining.

Water Supply

•  Ground water with bore well with over head tank and pump set. Under ground sump with motor will be provided to store water. Borewell and sump shall be provided

Electrical installation

• Concealed conduit wiring with copper wire of I.S make throughout the building with adequate light points and sockets of three phase supply with switches.
• Provision for A.C. in both bedrooms.
•  Television and Telephone sockets in bedroom and hall.

•  5 Passengers Lift with ARD and VVVF Drive
