Factors for growth in the past

The construction of NH-24, by and large, changed the face of Mahurali, opening new doors of development in the locality. Availability of land was another factor contributing significantly to the growth of the locality, ushering residential and commercial development here. There are plans to expand the Delhi Metro line to Ghaziabad, by extending the Blue Line from Vaishali to Mehrauli en route Indirapuram. Moreover, a number of projects like Aditya Urban Homes, Divyansh Skardi Greens and Wall Rock Aishwaryam Gold have been lined up along NH-24, and will be completed in a few years’ time, propelling further growth in this locality.
