Now we got a letter from shrachi where in they are asking 3000 for L MIG and 3500 U MIG.
I don't know if this is a joke quoting such a high amount ..

Hi, i feel you should directly check with the developer or join owner's group of Greenwood Nest,; ask the builder or even you can find out if there the same issue is bothering others.

Hi Sourav...why don't you directly ask the builder about this. You can also ask for the proofs in this case. By the way..have booked a flat there or you planning to ..??

Yes i have booked a flat... the issue is they r saying the construction has been banned by Gov due to some approval and this is pending for more dan a yr, so am not able to understand their motive....

Hi Sourav... Greenwood Nest is still under construction...you can do one thing to get the approval information. Check the nearby leading banks for homes loan on Greenwood nest. If they provide home loans then it means that it has got all required approvals.

No am not asking about that approval, the project has been stopped by Gov due to some plan sanctions, so am not able to understand whether the builder is taking any steps or its pending lyk dat..
