Whats is the latest status of Greenwood Nest Project at New Town Kolkata

Q: I have booked a HIG apartment in Greenwood Nest project of Bengal Shrachi at New Town Action Area 1 around three years back. I have already paid around 35% of the Flat value. Around a year back, Bengal Shrachi issued a letter to me giving an option to withdraw the money, as the project plan has not been sanctioned by concerned authority. As I genuinely require the apartment, I have not yet withdrawn the money.
As I am staying abroaad, I do not have any contact with any buyer of this project. May I request the other buyers to give me their contact details so that I can keep contact with you, as I am very anxiously waiting for the latest status of the project.

As far as Apartment and housing is concerned I think you should consult with the buyers of this project as well as It will a great idea to consult with the leading Real Estate Companies of Kolkata. You can also consult with some Lawer on this matter.
