Latest Answer: Hello Everyone, Today I have received a letter of provisional allotment where they have mentioned that i have to pay 6.5 lac failing which my allotment will be cancelled. Please add me if there exist any group for MIG flat owners. Let me know what you are doing in this situation.

Whats is the latest status of Greenwood Nest Project at New Town Kolkata
Q: I have booked a HIG apartment in Greenwood Nest project of Bengal Shrachi at New Town Action Area 1 around three years back. I have already paid around 35% of the Flat value. Around a year back, Bengal Shrachi issued a letter to me giving an option to withdraw the money, as the project plan has not been sanctioned by concerned authority. As I genuinely require the apartment, I have not yet withdrawn the money.
As I am staying abroaad, I do not have any contact with any buyer of this project. May I request the other buyers to give me their contact details so that I can keep contact with you, as I am very anxiously waiting for the latest status of the project.

Q: Does the project have made any progress or its still pending for plan approval

Latest Answer: Now we got a letter from shrachi where in they are asking 3000 for L MIG and 3500 U MIG. I don't know if this is a joke quoting such a high amount ..

Latest Answer: The plans are yet not approved and the only response from Shrachi is that they are working to the Govt approvals for the plans etc. There is no clarity regarding the timelines or the hurdles.
