Hi, anybody bought during this phase II extension pre-launch? Are they deliver the project on time? What about the carpet area? Is it good for investment? It is heard that they are going to add 500+ flats and the builder is not providing OC for phase-1.
Hi Yogendra, GM Infinite's approvals came on august though they have promised on April and floor plans came on January. Also they have started construction from August only and till august they have completed only excavation to save time. So initially there are lot of hiccups due to delay in approvals and we used to always pressurize them..but finally they came.

GM Infinite ecity has not got BDA floor-wise plan approval from BDA yet and hence reputed banks like SBI is not approving loan. Looks like this would come in a week - ten days time
