Hi, I have been hearing good things about this project. Firstly, Hafeez Contractor is the architect and to add to that, it is a venture by Capital Infratechhomes Pvt. Ltd. very well known for their previous projects. The apartment sizes start from 1060 sq ft and go up to 2600 sq ft. So I am guessing they are also thinking about the affordability of the mid level segment.

Hi, it looks like a good project for investment. They seem to got all the approvals needed and it is safe to invest.
