Plots near by Bangalore Expressway

Q: What are the rates per sqft of a plot near by Bangalore Expressway and who has approved the plot projects?

For now I do not think plot projects are available as the Peripheral Ring Road is under construction and the project is suppose to get completed by 2016. Till then I do not think it is a good idea to buy a plot in thta stretch.

It depends if the plots are approved by local authority or not. If it is approved by BDA then the price of plots will be in between Rs 1750 to Rs 2000. If the plots are not approved then plots will cost you around Rs 1000.

Risks are very much there as approvals are not there and agreements wont be done. So it is a good idea to buy approved plots rather than unapproved plots
