I am lokking forward to buy a property in this project for resale but before that I want to know what all good/reputed educational institution and hospitals available in and around this project.

The project will have 240 units, 10 blocks and B+G+4 floor structure. As mentioned in the builder website, they builder is going to provide Sewage Treatment Plant and Rain Water Harvesting.

The project is ready to move in and the price of the apartment starts from Rs 53.6 lakhs on wards. Connectivity to the other parts of the city will get even better with Namma Metro's phase 2.

The have got clearance from BWSSB and all other local authorities. The project is known to be approved by BBMP. As per the marketing person they have submitted all the documents for approvals to all the leading banks.

For the time being cauvery water is not there but they have bore-wells. They have applied for cauvery water connection which will take at-least some two-three years
