The project will have 240 units, 10 blocks and B+G+4 floor structure. As mentioned in the builder website, they builder is going to provide Sewage Treatment Plant and Rain Water Harvesting.

What is the current status and price in this project and how is the connectivity to the other parts of the city?

The project is ready to move in and the price of the apartment starts from Rs 53.6 lakhs on wards. Connectivity to the other parts of the city will get even better with Namma Metro's phase 2.

Bannerghatta Road is witnessing rise in residential and commercial real estate. Many real estate developers invested their money in the locality. There was a rise in the sale of property in the locality which has led to a rise in average capital values along the stretch. The real estate is slowly growing in this locality so if you are planning to invest in this locality invest now you can expect appreciation only after 3-4 years.

The Real Estate is also booming in the locality. At present, there are many popular and contemporary residential and commercial complexes.

The project offers 2 and 3 BHK apartments with size ranging from 1000 sqft to 1650 sqft. The project offers amenities like Garden, Swimming Pool, Play Area, 24Hr Backup, Security, Intercom, Club House, Rain Water Harvesting, Badminton Court, Indoor Games and Community Hall

The have got clearance from BWSSB and all other local authorities. The project is known to be approved by BBMP. As per the marketing person they have submitted all the documents for approvals to all the leading banks.

Is there cauvery water in this project?

For the time being cauvery water is not there but they have bore-wells. They have applied for cauvery water connection which will take at-least some two-three years

The project is not yet launched but they have opened the booking for Block 1 and 2. These two block will get completed by June 2015.

The current per sqft rate is Rs 4200 and they are ready for slight negotiation.
