I took a Ready to Move IN around 10 months back and it is almost in same condition since the time I took where as I was promised what NOT
My flat work is pending
club house is not there
Not Kids play area yet our kids are forced to play at driveway
No jogging walking track which was one of the point in brochure
No covered car parking
No visitor parking
Heavy maintenance receipts every Month even after paying for an year
Builder is never reachable
and if you even book an appointment then at last moment he would have got critical work instead of meeting every time
BTW I am talking about Luxury Apartments God save Normal ones
