Even I am looking for a 1 BHK apartment in this project. But as per the sales guys nothing is available with them. The project will get completed by 2014.

If you are planning for investment purpose then go for Prestige Sunrise Park as you can expect ppreciation in future as the project is hardly 1 km from the “India’s Largest Mall” , NEO Mall and 1.5 km from the “E-city Metro Station”

Smondo 3.0 offers a different variety of choice and price. Smondo 3.0 offers the same benefit of living in an integrated township and the assurance of an international builder. So I feel it is a good idea to buy an apartment in this project.

The price per sqft they quoting is Rs 3,600. Rs 15 extra for floor rise from 2 to 5 floor. Rs 20 from 6 th floor to 10th floor. Rs 25 from 11 to 14 floor
