The project is Almost completed , atleast the front rows and they will start giving the posession asap as well..
what is the current Rate ongoing in in that locality , as near by Brigade is charging 7000 per sqft , what is the current ongoing per sqft rate in Hoodi area and what will be the future in that area , really interested to know , as i need to finalizes my decision in day or 2 , pls update me ..

A 3 bhk will cost you around Rs 90 lakhs you can try to negotiate. You will get 2 parking slots as far as I know.

The project is a very well located and it is adjacent to the ITPL Main road and close to all offices in ITPL locality. SMR Vinay is a very well known brand in Hyderabad, so the builder is definitely a safe bet. :) :)

I think it is a good option if you are planning for investment. Moreover It is situated in a prime location which is merely 5 km from K.R Puram Railway Station, 4.5 km from Rayan International School, 4 km from Cosmos Mall while CMR Institute of Technology, Vydehi Medical College, Shri Satya Sai Hospital, ITPL and Gopalan National School lies at a distance of 3.5 km, 3.5 km, 3 km, 2.5 km and 1.5 km respectively.

The project is known to be approved by BBMP and it is having A Khata. According to the sales guy they are providing Cauvery water as well as they have borewell.

The Vinay Endeavor has ample of amenities and facilities. The township is provided with a Club House which comprises of fully furnished with Gymnasium, Indoor Games, Party and Common hall. It also features swimming pool, Amphitheater, children's play area, landscaped areas with lawns, jogging track, flowering plants, round – the – clock security, video door phones, cc cameras in lift, drinking water from Cauvery or purified water through RO plant in ground floor, power backup, fire fighting system, solar powered fencing, etc.

An update on the post by Chetan. I am staying at the apartment on rent and am seeing very slow progress on the construction of the common facilities. Looking at the other SMR project next door, there are probably plans to build most of what Chetan has mentioned, however, video door phones and cc cameras in lifts would be a bit far fetched.
The biggest problem is that the services (internet, cable etc.) are all monopolized and you do not have choice of vendors. Consequently, the quality of service is pathetic.

A 3 BHK apartment in SMR Vinay Endeavour will cost you around Rs 89 lakhs. Banks like SBI, LIC and all the leading banks are providing loan for this project.
