Yes, the prices already went up after the FNG corridor came in. Noida Extension is a area, which has two entry. One from Noida City Center Metro Station direct to Gaur City Chawk... And second way is from Indrapratha metro station .. which will again direct to Gaur City Chawk. Noida Extension is surrounded with NH 24, FNG Expressway and Greater Noida-Noida Expressway . Hence the the connectivity is very good. The price will sure go up.. if you are planing for investment after two years also. The plot which is Rs 14 lac now.. will become Rs 80 lac.. The Metro will be extended up to Noida Extension via Sector 72 and this 7km stretch will cost around Rs 1,400 crore. It is planned under the PPP plan and both the Noida and Greater Noida authorities will raise Rs 1,100 crore, depending on the territory falling under their jurisdiction.
