Friend, I will suggest don't go with this project. Rudra is charging a hidden charge @4% of flat value in buyers agreement for development of landscape, water and sewage connection charges. Further customer service is very poor.

Ya sure, the corporate discount works this way, If the normal price is
3700/- per sq. ft. inclusive of all + EDC. Whereas under the corporate
discount price everything including EDC, Car parking, Club membership is
quoted at Rs. 3200/- per sq. ft. Now that a very good discount.As
you asked me I enquired about the possession date. The builder confirms
that the possession of this project will be by 2015 December.

Friends, I want to suggest that Rudra palace heights price is not only 3200 PSF but they are also making hidden charge of 4% of flat value on account of development of landscape, water and sewage connection charges in buyers agreement. Further there customer service is very poor.

This project is in Noida Extension. It is a very good project as this project has very good connectivity and the builder promises to deliver the project on the stipulated deadline. And the project is also offering a corporate discount on the BSP.
