Dear Sir, I advice you not to invest in any of the project of Amrapali. They are the biggest fraud. They will take your money and will not give you what you have paid for. I strongly advice not to go for Amrapali projects. If you want to know more. Search what happened in Amrapali Hanging Garden Project and Amrapali Heartbeat City. Ask them what they promised and what they gave. Ask them if you have refunded the money they have taken in 2010 to the people who invested in Hanging Garden Project which they launched in 2010. What is the status of that project. They will not reply you. I am sure.

i have a flat in mascot manorath soho in noida extension. project is located in walking distance of proposed metro station. i am a individual investor. prize is 2 lac lower than current rate.

Yes , this is a luxury villa project by Amrapali. But like all projects this project will also go through a severe delay. Although among all the project this is the best project by Amrapali in Noida Extension area.

They are expecting the delivery of the project in 2017-2018. Hence if you can wait till then i guess,.. this will be a good project to invest in :)

See frnd, this is luxury project and Amrapali is a good brand. They quoted Rs 5900- Rs 6100 per sq ft , hence if your going for the project, then u should get it is a luxury project .
