Hi, as per i had word with the broker they said that Builder has not issued anything which is related to this project. Even , untill the project is launched he also cannot say about the legalities of the project... did the builder mention about such clauses in any of the documents??

Hi , i had a word with the sales executive, and they said, there is no such clauses mentioned in the form.. hence i think have a word with the builder.

Florance is not yet launched , the project is in soft launch hence, till now what the updates shows the project has a good future and will give good appreciation in near future

Firstly Mr Aloke yes there are availability in this project and the current rate per sq ft is around Rs 3095 per sq ft. and also they have a inaugural price discount of Rs 100 per sq ft.

Hi, Vikas,JM housing is a good builder and they already have few projects in NCR, hence the builder has enough money , no financial crunch ... which will result is perfect possession of the project ... :)
