looking at structure, i feel the area is good enough for investment and also has good option for future returns. At Least after 5 years,m if you invest now, you will get double of the price,,,what ever you invest now….

See this is a very best destination for investment, just because of the reason that , the area has very good connectivity , Although with that, residents can also spend there time in malls like pacific mall,Ansal Mall,East Delhi Mall, Galaxy Mall,Shopprix Mall AEZ mall, Angel mall.. etc

Like in the rest of the country, once the housing segment takes off, the trend is for the retail segment and entertainment facilities to make their presence felt in the area. The area is having a lot of socio infra development hence the price appreciations is guaranteed..
