See ,this is a rising area, hence safety is something which is not too much assured… there are roads which are broken and yet to be developed. The thing is the place is good for investment and buying property..

The micro market is rising very rapidly, just because of the heavy connectivity of the place and also the units the developers are providing. Due to the nearby industrial area, the area will also give very good future returns in future. The price rose up within few years… and the study that the price will shoot up more

See i woul like to say that , with considerable progress made on the infrastructural front, the real estate market of Kaushambi is attracting a number of investors; a majority of those putting money in the city's property market are investors, who are attracted to the area for its promising returns.
