Which are the banks that have approved the project???Because am very interested and moreover... i need a bank loan!! kindly update!

The project is approved by HDFC, ICICI, SBI banks... you can take home loan from them..!!

The project will be completed by Dec 2014... the builder has asked for 6-7 months, as grace period....!!

Project has basic amenities like Play Area, 24Hr Backup, Security, Tennis Court etc.very less, in terms of other projects located in Crossing republik.... :(

They have sizes between 1255 and 1350.. but are the less avaiability.. i guess you will 1350 one,......

Arocon Golf Ville is one of the residential developments in Crossing Republik, neighborhood of Ghaziabad. It is among the ongoing projects of Arocon Builders & Developers Pvt. Limited. The builder is a reputed one... so you go ahead with the investment.. but what is your budget??
