Q: Hi I am Deepak Tyagi, Working professional living in Mahagun mascot Crossing Republik as a tenant. I need an extra car parking for some time.

Latest Answer: Hello Deepak, I think you should talk with your Apartment Association Members regarding it or secretary of your apartment association. If there is any parking space available, I am sure you will get it at a reasonable rate.

Q: I booked a 3 BHK apartment in Golden Heights at Ghaziabad. I wasnt sure that my decision of investing in this property was right or wrong. I was new to this place I wasnt aware much about it. But when I started living here, I am pretty sure that I have taken a right decision as all the amenities are nearby to my society. We had not worry about where to find groceries; kids will go to which school, etc. I am happily living here with my family.

Q: Cosmos Golden Heights, Ghaziabad has been my home since last few months. Up till now I haven’t faced any difficulty with the residential project. I don’t know why people crib so much about it. Cosmos Group has done their best to make this place feel like home and I am one delighted customer of theirs.

Q: hi!I am planning to buy ready to move in flat.I have seen crossing and rajnagar extention both.But I found crossing better than rajnagar ext. My main concern is issue of dumping yard.so shall I go for it or not as end consumer.

Q: Hi,
I am having 3BHK flat in Mapple tower purchased in June'11 at 3rd floor.

When recently checked about the property trend there, observed that its going down from last 1yr or so..

So whats ur advice in respect selling this property sooner or later and what would be the prospect psft if I am going to sell 2-3mnths.
Latest Answer: I am getting 56lacs approx as of now as sale value for my flat for 3rd floor. Should I accept it or wait abit more as my expected budget is 60lacs arnd.
