jamuna, please dont mislead the people who wish to invest in Vanalika. Are you a broker???? U r saying the project is almost ready and finishing work is going on. That is just half information you are providing. Only 4 towers out of 12 are presently at an advalced stage and these 4 towers still take approx. 6 months to deliver. Other towers may be delivered in approx. 18 montsh time. The project will be delayed by abut 2 years. I ahve a unit in Tower 10 and as of today i.e. February 5, 2014, the last installment that i paid is for completion of Floor 6. Now u can imagine the speed of the project. For your information, the builder has promised the whole project to be delivered by December 2013. People will be lucky if they even deliver in December 2015.
Agreed - I am in T11 and every 3 months I visit site and every time the possession timelines shifts by 3 months.. but I am happy with quality of construction though
hmmmmm yes, because the project was launched at Rs 2094 per sq ft price and now it is Rs 5200 . Hence there are more chances for the price to go up..... the appreciation is guaranteed dost !:)
See i had a word with the broker, they said we can expect Rs 6500 per sq ft on the time of delivery.. looking at the price i feel this is a good project for investment.... i give a high five for this project.
Project has various modern amenities like Garden, Swimming Pool, Play Area, Health Facilities, 24Hr Backup, Security, Intercom, Club House, Tennis Court, Badminton Court, Basket Ball Court, Guest House, Cricket Pitch etc.
Hi, the project is offering 3 and 4 bhks. They have 3 bhk ranges between 1430 sq ft and 1730 sq ft... and the project is almost ready for possession.. they are now doing the the wire work and last finishing. The expected date of completion is 2014 mid.
Hi, the project is quoting Rs 5250 per sq ft as on Flexi plan... and in down payment they are quoting Rs 5800 per sq ft....respectively.. for how many bhks are you looking???
