The connectivity of the project is very good and easy. The project is located near F1 tracks and Golf Course. Hence you have your Expressway you can travel easily..:)

See i can guess, the price will appreciate till 20-35 % till the time of possession.. so i guess , this is a better project for investment rather than end use..

Hmm yes there are availability for 3 bhk in this project. They have quoted Rs 3500 per sq ft as there price and the project is two side open. Which will help to appreciate the price further!!!

Banks like ICICI, HDFC, and axis have approved the project, , but there are more banks that have approved the project....You can choose and apply for loans.
