Yes the project is 2-4 km from railway station, 5 mtrs from Badapur and 5 mts from GK, Delhi.. hence the project has good locality attached to it.

Yes the budget is perfectly fine for the unit... they hve sizes between 1940 sq ft,2300 sq ft,3100 sq ft. They have quoted Rs 8295 as their price per sq ft.
