Do not think about devika Gold Homez, because I have booked my flat in this project in 2010 but still passing of more than 9 years, I have not got possession of my unit.

They have some special amenities like framed structure,Gym with all modern equipment.And the basic amenities they are providing are like 24 hours water supply, electricity supply, CCTV guard and all...

People , my office is in Delhi, I have to travel everyday to Delhi, how is the connectivity of the area?I need to know if i opt for this project.

See, the project is connected with metro station and expressways directly. You have Noida City Center Metro station which is about 8-9 km away and the proposed metro station is around 1 km away. You can also use DND which will be 10-12 min away from the project.

Hi, Noida Extension was a dark place, where projects were launched and they were stalled due to the land litigation problems. But now almost all the problems are solved.
Coming to the project, the builder has very good reputation, Blisstree. They have 2-3-4 BHks, what are you looking for?

Hi, they have 876 sq ft and 997 sq ft available for 2 bhk and they have quoted Rs 3400 per sq ft , all inclusive.
