Gayatriaura is a great cheat if you book - simply forget your money. They will not even answar to your any communication written or verbal as well. They have already sold out most of portion to other company and they are not having full rights on the project as informed by their own employees.

Mr Jain I am a respective buyer of Gayatri Aura and recently in june i have read the news and went to builder and they told me that you are an associate , u have done booking of ur friends and also collected cash which is not known by builder side . Now project is awaited and ur friends put pressure on u to exit ..and then you turned everything on builder side ..Is That so

Because if you purchase - you will never get it. Only your hard earned money will get blocked which you shall not get back without a court case and that also spending a huge money as proceeding of court case will take 2-5 years to settle. Simply forget to Gayatriaura.

They have the basic amenities like Garden, Swimming Pool, Play Area, Club House, Rain Water Harvesting, Indoor Games etc.

Yes, you have Noida City Center Metro station which will take 10 min drive from the project's site. This project is close to Knowledge Park and you also have Noida Greater Noida Expressway :)

Yes , almost all leading banks have approved the project. Also i had a word with them, they said 80 % home loan we can take from any banks.

Hi, the project is taken care by Gayatri Group, which is a very reputed builder. They are offering 2-3-4 BHKs and have a great location. I am interested in this project.....What are you looking at?
