While they increased the number of floors and flats but they have not increased the basic amenities in the same proportion like lifts. now more number of buyers would use same amenities which was earlier planned for less families.

As per BBA in case of construction delays beyond the stipulated time period of three years and a grace of three months, they were supposed to pay delayed penalty to customers at Rs 5 per sqft. During all above mentioned meetings, earthcon management given NO clarity on how these penalty would be paid to customers. Few buyers ABKL towers have reported now that Earthcon team is denying to pay penalties and not even adjusting in final demand.

Earthcon team claim that super area of their flats have increased which means not the carpet area of your home but the public spaces of your building

Earthcon team has increased the number of flats in each floor. additional flats have been constructed which are not approved

Earthcon team has increased number of floors in each tower. from 12 floor as per earlier plan to 18 floors.

Last eight years was nightmare for all the Casa Royale buyers. in spite of multiple meetings and several commitments given by Mr. Shadab Khan and Mohammed Shoaib, our dream home nowhere near completion

In 2015, during one of the meeting - Mr. Shadab Khan and Shoaib committed to deliver ABKL towers by July 2015 and others towers in difference of 3 months.

In 2016, they repeated the same commitment that buyers should keep faith on them. They are ready to deliver ABKL towers by December 2016 and others towers by July 2017.

In 2017, Mr. Shadab Khan and Shoaib mentioned that they are going through tight financial situation. Buyers should trust then as they are doing their best to deliver ABKL towers by March 2018 and others towers by December 2018. They are seeking financial options from NBFC and few Banks.

It is December 2018, In 2017, Mr. Shadab Khan and Shoaib mentioned that ABKL towers will be delivered by April 2019 and complete project by March 2020.

Booked my home in May'14 with a commitment of next year delivery. its in Aug'16, I have not received possession infact their construction is also stopped.. Don't know what to do and how to proceed about it. Earthcons-Casa Royal is the worst Builder and it is worst project. Never invest in it.

I am interested in this project. Planning to purchase a flat on this project. I want to know the special payment plan of this project. How is this builder? How is the track record of Earthcon builder ?Kindly share some review !!!!

Hi Kalki,
As per my knowledge , the special payment plan of casa royal project is like:-
At the time of booking- 10%,
Within 30days of booking- 30%+50% car parking,
On completion of Super structure-30%,
On offer of possession- 30%+Remaining other charges.

They are quoting Rs 3600+PLC+Parking charges. They have four payment plans,choose which ever suits you.

Hi, the project is expected to be delivered at the end of 2014. The project was launched long back and importantly, now the construction is in full swing, no further delays are expected.

Hi, they have 2-3-4 bhks , actually they have 12 blocks and slowly they will start giving possession one by one blocks. Yes there are availability for 2 bhk, with size ranges between Sq.Ft. 875-1090 .
