I have two flats in this project and as per discussion with builder, possession is expected by December 2016. I have also seen and compared the carpet area and super area which is quite satisfying, unlike Gaurs and other builder where on 1400sq ft super area actual carpet area is only 880 sq ft. Trident is quite spacious in that respect as the partners in this project were individual builders hence they kept in mind the use of maximum space with maximum carpet area. I suggest people to go for this property...

Hi Arvind, According to me, this project is divided in to two phases. Phase 1- having 955 sq-ft 2 BHK is expected to be delivered around December 2015. This phase has around 6 blocks total. Currently internal furnishing work is going on. And phase 2, construction is on full swing. Construction has started for 8-10 months. Brick & plaster work already completed. Expected possession of this project is around 2018 December.

Hi, the project was launched in 2011 end and due to land disputes the project was stalled. Till now the project is moving in a very slow pace. So i will advice you to check twice before you take.
