well there is a 60 m wide road and all the sector roads are being developed fast... this is near to the Dwarka expressway, NH8 and the golf course extension road. connectivity is not an issue at all at the time of possession which will be in 2017..
well...there is Indus valley school,St Xaviers, DPS international that is nearby and so is a school by pathways and Goenka group... the nearest hospital would be Medanta that is around 6kms away... and the HUDA metro station is the nearest operational one... another one is planned on the golf course extension road which once completed will be in a 2km radius.

well the basic sale price is 6700/sq ft and there is an inaugural discount of 350rs so...6350/sq ft.. so for a 3 bhks the cost will be around 1.3 Cr+other charges
