M3M WoodShire - Resale Price
Q: Hi, What is the current resale price of M3M Woodshire ? what is the construction status and when builder will deliver this project ? What is the reputation of builder in this project.

Latest Answer: @ Karthik ji well said project is beautiful and apartment sizes are good. now payment plans are 30:70 and price are much better then other builder. 1 more thing M3M running 18-19 projects at same time without any hassle. that shows builder's capacity.

Q: Hi , I have one 2BHK unit in M3M Woodshire project and builder has started the construction and it is also completed till 10th floor. But since I brought this property the price of the property is below my price. I heared M3M is reputated builder. Is some thing is wrong with this property and when any one can expect some rise in price ?
