Q: The locks used for the bedroom and balcony are not proper. It has got locked two times in a span of 6 months and the maintenance guys have replaced it twice. I still feel that it will lock again. Has anyone faced this problem?
Q: Water Problem started eventhough below 50% flats are occupied now! There is no 24/7 water now. Just imagine what could be the property appreciation in this case. So many other big projects are coming in surroundings and this is going to be a big problem now onwards. I do not recommend any one to buy or rent in this property.
