Still want to buy or rent in Ajmera Infinity?

Q: Water Problem started eventhough below 50% flats are occupied now! There is no 24/7 water now. Just imagine what could be the property appreciation in this case. So many other big projects are coming in surroundings and this is going to be a big problem now onwards. I do not recommend any one to buy or rent in this property.

I side the flat , the flat owner/resident should see that water is not wasted.Outside , the management should take action minimise wastage.
But with so many new apartments coming up in the area one can expect depletion of subsoil water and more business for the water tanker vendors!

Infinity has plenty of water source. It was a water park .This project is still under construction, and they have found lots of water wastages in the flats which is under maintenance and the work spot . So they have made water cut for two hours with prior notice. There is no water scarcity in the project. After getting just four rains in this year, we need to have very efficient water management system.
