Q: What are the reviews? Did anyone book a flt here. Looks like construction started long back. Still not delivered. Any issues with property ?

They are cheat Wilful defaulter, Absconded, Accused Syed Rizvi alias Rizvi, Yazir, Syed Yasir Rizvi Chairman & Managing Director CANOPY ESTATES PRIVATE LIMITED Cheats more than100 clients, diverts fund and abscond to USA. Claims he is an US Citizen, Challenges the innocent buyers that they can do nothing. States Indian law can do nothing.

Latest Answer: Hi They offer 2 and 3 BHK both..i personally met the builder ..they provide ample answers to meet the queries ..lets ignore hatred comments about 5 years ago launching as the comment doesnt seem right..

Q: I am interested in your project Canopy classic on T C Palay main road , can you please send me the details like price per sqft and possession date etc

Latest Answer: This project is going since 2010 and they are building a monument. It will surely be completed in another five years. You can stop by the site and inquire around the area for advice on whether to invest.

Q: How is this group of builder and looks like the work has not even started and due is in 2013?

Latest Answer: Please run away from this builder - Canopy Estates Pvt. limited. The builder is on the run and the office is closed down. Alternatively, you trust the positive comments and recommend your worst enemy to invest.

Latest Answer: The people are nice and very committed. They had some problems during the recession but have overcome those by ongoing initiatives. I have a unit each in two of the their newly launched projects. Regards.
