Q: I was new to this town and wanted to purchase a property that is situated at a convenient distance from my office and to my child’s school too. Q: I have just booked the flat by giving 1 Lac rupee & about to pay the remaining 20% . Kindly suggest if i should go for it or i should get my money back .
