Q: We were also not informed about the project update of planning to construct the tower to 24th Floor. There is no visibility of the project as of now, when the project will be delivered? Are you planning to deliver in phases. When are you planning to give possession?You should have changed the payment plan accordingly as we are now suffering..this is really unprofessional, being the first project of urs.
Q: I have invested in EKdant FNg in 2bhk 995sqft in tower B, here my question is why you people were not fare at the time of selling flats.You sell it saying it is 14 th floor tower and now you are planning to construct it till 24th floor also asking for the payment as per the old flexi plan that is for 14th floor so if tower sze is changed then why my payment plan was not changed as per the changes size of the tower?
