Q: We were also not informed about the project update of planning to construct the tower to 24th Floor. There is no visibility of the project as of now, when the project will be delivered? Are you planning to deliver in phases. When are you planning to give possession?
You should have changed the payment plan accordingly as we are now suffering..this is really unprofessional, being the first project of urs.

Hi,
All the above posts are of the same date..24 June...highly fishy. Fact is builder has taken us for a ride. Project completion is nowhere in site. We need to approach consumer court or the real estate regulatory authority so that the builder comes clean. Those in favour, please respond.

Hi Prince Sharma,
I also have invested in the same project and was not aware of the issue that the builder is increasing the floors from 14 to 24 without giving notifications to the investors (residents). This is highly unprofessional. Moreover I see that non of them have responded to your grievance. I did inquired recently ( last week ) about this and there was no satisfactory answer to my query. To my surprise, rest of the towers in the project are under completion, however only Tower A & B are under expansion to 24 floors.
It seems that the project would only be handed over around end of 2017. I was informed that the builder sought permission from the authorities and was granted permission to extend the tower to 24 floors. I am surprised to see that how can this be granted if the tower initially was designed for bearing a load capacity till 14 floors and now the same foundation can withstand load of extended 24 floors. We as investors need to come together and seek answers.

Me and my brother booked 2 units in the EKDANT FNG Tower B three years back and do not see any good progress still in these TOWER A and B. Could you please tell me if you have created any common group on watsapp to raise/discuss these issues and concerns. If not then I believe we can create one for the same at earliest.

As per my knowledge, the construction link payment plan of this project is like :on booking- 10%,
Within 30days from booking- 10%,
On excavation - 10%,
On foundation raft casting- 10%,
On ground floor casting- 10%,
On fourth floor casting- 10%,
On eight floor casting- 10%,
On 12th & 14th floor casting- 10% each,
On top floor casting- 5%,
Start of plastering work- 5% + 50% other charges,
On possession- 50% other charges.

As per sources, this project is located on 130meter wide road at 6lane FNG corridor. Formula racing track & Night Safari are situated very close to this project. Proposed metro is in walkable distance from project. Proposed shopping mall as well as corporate hubs are nearby to this project. 75% of entire project is covered with greenery. This is a nice deal for end users & investors too.

As per my knowledge, Ekdant FNG is one of the well known gated community project in Greater Noida. This residential apartment project is located in Surajpur Site C ,which is a developing location , having daily basic amenities nearby .Project offers 2BHK & 3BHK apartment, area ranging from 995 sq-ft to 1370 sq-ft. Builder quoted price is around 3400/sq-ft.

According to sources, construction work is on full swing. Interior work is going on now. Possession of this project is around 2015 December. This project has approval from Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority(GNIDA). Banks approving loan to this project are LIC HFL, Axis Bank, HDFC Bank & ICICI Bank. This is a eco friendly residential complex ,spread over 5acres of land.
